Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.phitagoras.co.id (the “Website”), operated by PT Phitagoras Global Duta (“Phitagoras”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Website Purpose
The Website provides information about Phitagoras, our training and certification programs, consulting services, articles and news. It also allows you to contact us and submit inquiries. The Website does not process registrations or payments.
Training and Certification Information
Information on the Website about training programs, including schedules, venues, delivery methods, prices and availability, is provided for general information. It may change, and it does not constitute a binding offer. Details are confirmed when your registration is confirmed.
Certificates and certifications are issued either by Phitagoras or by the relevant certification body or authority, such as KEMNAKER RI, BNSP or an international awarding body. They are subject to that body’s own requirements, assessments and procedures. Information on the Website does not guarantee that a participant will pass an assessment or obtain a certificate.
References to our accreditations, approvals and partnerships reflect their status at the time of publication.
Registration and External Platforms
Training registration, payment and the Member Area are provided on our separate platform at phitagoras.id. The terms of that platform govern registration, payment, refunds, cancellations and rescheduling.
Submitting a form, starting a live chat or sending a WhatsApp message through the Website sends an inquiry to our team, who will follow up with you. Registration and payment are completed through the applicable registration process.
The Website also links to other Phitagoras services, such as our e-learning platform. Those services may have their own terms.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Website, including text, layout, the Phitagoras name and logo, images, videos and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to Phitagoras unless stated otherwise.
Names, logos and marks of certification bodies, awarding bodies, accreditation bodies, standards organisations and other third parties shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify programs, recognitions or partnerships and do not imply that Phitagoras owns them.
You may view, download and print Website content for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

When using the Website, you agree not to:
- use the Website in a way that violates applicable laws;
- submit false information, or the personal data of another person without their authorisation;
- send spam, advertising or bulk messages through our forms or chat;

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute relating to the Website through good-faith deliberation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including the dispute settlement options available to consumers.
